NoctyLAB is a professionnal software under license, proposing an interface for visualisation and manipulation of 3D data and spectra-images. It includes high performance algorithms for data processing and analysis and as the capabilities to implements a routine manager allowing the final user to experiment, and thus run as Macro any complex processing sequence. Specific tools can be added, on-demand, by the Noctylio team, in order to increment and optimise the processing sequence to very specific user needs. NoctyLAB is a software solution now developed by the start-up Noctylio (co-founder of the company, in August 2014).


SmithDR (Scientific Multi Imaging Tool Handled by a DAG layeR) is a platform for designing image processing algorithms. These images can be of any kind, from volumes (eg CTscan, MRI, Microscan) to surfaces (eg laser scanning and marching cube reconstruction). It is under development at the LaBRI by Image and Sound computing team members : main page of this project.

CPU Tomographic reconstruction lib

The CPU Tomographic reconstructions lib is a light C++ library including IO of pgm images (refered as sinogram of an acquisition) and the usual tomographic reconstructions such as FBP (Filtered Backprojection) and iterative techniques SART (Simultaneous Iterative Reconstruction Technique) and OSEM (Ordered Subset Expectation Maximization). GPU Tomographic reconstruction lib

The GPU Tomographic reconstruction lib is a C++ library to be used through the NVIDIA CUDA API including the usual tomographic reconstructions such as the FBP (Filtered Backprojection), the Fourier Reconstruction, and the iterative SART and SIRT methods - Last update: june 2009.
